Dried Marasmius oreades mushrooms, carefully selected and artisanally processed by a certified mycologist. Of European origin, they are packaged in 50g sachets, ideal for those seeking authentic flavor and perfect texture after rehydration.



 



Thanks to their original shape that re-forms when soaked, they offer a unique visual and gastronomic experience. It is recommended to soak in warm water for at least 2 hours and to remove the stems, known for their fibrous texture, for a more balanced dish.
